After a challenging month of hard work and perseverance from our team, as well as from each of you, we transitioned back into our hospital building on Monday, June 8th! Thank you, Pet Resort In the Gardens, for allowing us to share your space during this time!
We are still operating with limited phone lines and no internet. We should have everything operational soon. However, our software has been completely restored! We continue to ask for your patience as we transition from paper records back to computer records.
We will continue to offer curbside service for those that request it. This includes curbside medication and food pick-ups. We are also allowing clients in the building at a limited capacity. Please note that if you choose to accompany your pet to the exam room, we will require a mask and a normal temperature reading for every person in your group. Also, we ask that everyone try to minimize the number of people in an exam room at one time. We look forward to serving you again as we all adjust to our new “normal.”
