During shelter-in-place protocols, we have been considered an essential business and will remain open. We do have essential prescriptions in stock and ask that you give us advance notice for refill needs. Our procedures may have to be adjusted and we ask for patience, but we will continue to be here to help your pets!
Now Offering Drop Off or Limited Interaction Appointments
We at Farrell Animal Hospital wish to continue to provide exceptional care for your pets! In doing so, we want to also do what is best for you as well as our employees and their families.
Due to recent public health concerns, and in an effort to reduce human interaction in close quarters, we are encouraging a “limited interaction” or drop off policy as a precautionary measure. Care provided to all patients will not change. Only the intake and discharge processes will change.

Once we receive your call, you will be connected with a technician to obtain a history and confirm your contact information. Your pet ONLY will be admitted to our facility when ready to be seen by the doctor while you wait in your vehicle.
If you have elected for a drop off appointment for your pet, their admission will be conducted the same way. Drop off appointments will be done in the order of their arrival. However, it is not necessary for you to wait in the parking lot.
All consultation and discharge instructions will be handled via phone, text message or email. You will receive a notification when your pet is ready for discharge.
Payment for services will be handled via phone or a Customer Service Representative will come to your vehicle to receive payment.
Requests for prescription refills, retail items, and pet diets will be handled in the same manner. Call in your request and we will bring your item(s) to your vehicle.
