We can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member. Below are some tips to help you during your first visit with us.

If you would like to fill out our New Client Form before arriving, please click here.

A receptionist will meet you once you walk in the front door. If you haven’t already filled out our New Client Form we will gladly have one ready for you to fill out at the time of your first appointment. Once a file has been created in our computer system we will be able to take you and your pet into an appointment room and start your appointment.

If your pet has a previous medical history, please bring those records with you to your appointment. If you don’t have access to your pet’s medical records, that’s no problem! Just let a receptionist know the name and number of your previous clinic and we can get those transferred over.

Payment Options

Farrell Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

So that we can continue to provide you high-quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Farrell Animal Hospital understands this and offers special arrangements through the CareCredit program.

It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. Apply online at
